Registered Behavior Technician

Job Description:
As an RBT, you’ll provide 1:1 and small group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll support skill-building in areas like communication, emotional regulation, social interaction, and daily living skills—all while making a real impact, every day.
Essential Job Functions:
Education:
Required: High school diploma / 6-12 months experience working with individuals with either autism, oppositional defiance or conduct disorder.
Preferred: Associates Degree, training and knowledge of behavior analysis, Bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, social work, or human services, or any other field relevant to care or services to individuals with behavioral and/or mental health challenges
*If you already have your RBT certification, your starting rate may be higher*
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
