Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

EPS is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dedicated team working with adolescents with Autism and related disorders.

**POSITION DETAILS:

· FULL-TIME POSITION

· SHIFTS AVAILABLE: PM & NOC/OVERNIGHT

· WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED: ALL SHIFTS INCLUDE REGULAR FRIDAY–SUNDAY COVERAGE

· MUST HAVE OR OBTAIN ACTIVE RBT CERTIFICATION WITHIN 45 DAYS OF HIRE (TRAINING & GUIDANCE PROVIDED)

Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification OR ability to obtain within 45 days (EPS will assist)
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism or related disorders preferred
  • Commitment to consistent weekend availability

Duties:

  • Provide direct 1:1 behavior therapy to children with Autism in a variety of settings
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior using tablet software
  • Follow interventions as outlined by the supervising BCBA
  • Maintain client confidentiality and a high level of professionalism in all settings
  • Maintain records, materials, and instructional tools in the home and center-based neighborhood in an organized fashion

Requirements:

  • Driver’s license with a good driving record and your means of transportation
  • Pass a TB Test and Criminal Background Check
  • RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) credential required (we offer free ongoing RBT re-certification training and supervision if needed)

Job Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with behaviorally challenged children with Autism or other developmentally delaying disorders is required.

-Preferred: AA/BS Psychology, Education, Special Education, Child Development, Social Work, SLP, Communications, or similar fields.

- Applicant must be a punctual, responsible, dedicated individual who is friendly, motivated, and patient.

- Criminal Background Check

- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance (driving is required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
