What we are looking for!

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or able to obtain within the first 30 days
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be willing to learn and implement new skills
• The ability to work on a team
• Physical Demands - Working with clients in their natural environments may require you to lift or move approximately 50 lbs. and be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
• Pass Criminal Background Check
• Work with integrity
• Understanding and adherence to HIPAA policies
• Commitment to the highest level of professionalism, reliability, and communication.
• Ability and willingness to work through challenging behavior.

Preferred

• Tricare certified
• Familiarity with HiRasmus or Similar

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on behavioral health and therapeutic interventions.
• Implement care plans and collect data on patient progress, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to assist children, particularly those with autism, in daily living activities.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records, demonstrating effective communication skills with team members and families.
• Engage in behavior management strategies to promote positive outcomes and enhance the quality of life for clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
