Rates: $22-$32

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct one-to-one ABA services to clients and their families in home, daycare, and / or school settings.
  • Adhering to and appropriately implementing protocols and procedures outlined in the treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA.
  • Work in collaboration with the supervising BCBA, colleagues on the team, and other professionals to support and ensure the client’s success.
  • Generate objective and specific session notes.
  • Appropriately collect, report, and graph behavior and acquisition data.
  • Maintain all required documentation up-to-date and in accordance with HIPPA regulations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of the most current RBT Task List and RBT Ethical Guidelines.
  • Must be fluent in English, bilingual preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts in English.
  • Proficient skill and use in Microsoft Programs (Ex: Teams, Excel, Word, One drive)
  • Team Player Mentality with ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, colleagues, and the client’s family members.
  • One or more years of experience working directly in the field of ABA. (*_Preferred But Not Required)*_
  • Actively or planning to pursue a career in the field of ABA, psychology, or other related therapeutic field (ex: speech/language therapy, occupational therapy etc.) (*_Preferred But Not Required)*_

General Job Requirements:

  • Registered by the BACB as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Must be able to travel and arrive in a timely fashion to multiple locations daily.
  • Proof of liability coverage
  • Ability and access to use technology (computer, scanner, tablet, phone, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
