Position Summary

Sharky Hearts Behavior Support Services is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This position involves providing 1:1 ABA services to children on the Autism Spectrum in home and/or clinic settings.

No RBT credential? No problem. We will train and pay for the right candidate to become an RBT. Ideal candidates have an interest in psychology or education, strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children.

Schedule & Caseload

• Part-time and full-time positions available
• RBTs are assigned individual caseloads
• Session schedules are based on authorized hours, family availability, and employee availability
• Session length: 1–7 hours
• Typical session times: Afternoons
• Session frequency: 1–5 days per week

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree (education, psychology, counseling, sociology, behavioral health, or related field) preferred but not required
• RBT credential required (training provided by Sharky Hearts)
• Background check (provided and paid for by the company)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and squat; lift up to 25 lbs
