About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will deliver 1:1 applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy in the client’s home or via telehealth.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by the BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate behavioral data during sessions.
• Communicate progress and observations with the supervising BCBA.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing supervision.
• Assist in developing and refining treatment materials.
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB (required).
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience (preferred).
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, kneel, and engage in active play.
• Must pass a background check and maintain CPR certification.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling (daytime, after-school, or early evening hours).
• Full-time (30–40 hours/week) and part-time (10–25 hours/week) available.
