We are a growing, patient-focused dental office looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with 3+ years of experience to join our team. Our practice values professionalism, teamwork, and excellent patient care, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with our office.

Spanish-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred to help us better serve our diverse patient community.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting with general dentistry procedures
• Assist with fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, implants, and impressions
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
• Perform intraoral scanning
• Maintain instrument sterilization and infection control
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure smooth patient flow
• Provide excellent patient care and communication
• Assist with basic insurance tasks and documentation

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• 3+ years of dental assisting experience
• Experience with general dentistry procedures
• Skilled in X-rays, impressions, scanning, and sterilization
• Experience assisting with crowns, extractions, implants, and root canals
• Spanish-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Compensation

• $21 – $25 per hour (based on experience)
