Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Cal Kids Dental (Perris, CA)

Cal Kids Dental is a growing, patient-focused pediatric dental office in Perris, CA, dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and families in our community. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering an excellent patient experience. You will assist the dentist during procedures, help maintain a positive and safe clinical environment, and support efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Provide chairside support and ensure patient comfort
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Help manage patient flow and support front/back office coordination as needed

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• X-ray certification required
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
