Registered Dental Assistant

We are a small family owned practice in West Knoxville with 2 doctors.

We are open Monday - Thursday (7-4 on Mon/Tues/Wed and 7-2 on Thurs).

Experience is preferred but not required - we're happy to train new RDA grads who have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn.

Pay is based on experience plus bonuses, PTO, and dental. Other benefits may be available as well.

We use Dentrix as our PMS, digital x-rays with Dexis, and Trios 5 as our scanner. Experience with these are a plus but not a requirement.

The ideal candidate is someone who is detail oriented, takes initiative, and has a strong work ethic - we're a small office without an office manager so we need someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged and can take care of what needs to be done without being asked. Punctuality and reliability are very important as well as someone who is a team player - we have a fabulous team who works well together with no drama, and we'd like to keep it that way.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
