Registered Dental Assistant

Seeking an enthusiastic and engaged dental assistant! Someone who would engage in practicing while implementing our core values of comfortable dentistry, honest communication, and friendly experiences. Duties will include taking radiographs, scanning patients, assisting for dental procedures, maintaining the lab, ensuring sterilization is completed throughout the day, packaging instruments to run in autoclave, preparing trays for the doctor and hygienists, and putting instruments in correct areas. Prior experience in a dental environment is required. Please include a cover letter in your application. Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Taking radiographs and intraoral scans
• Assisting for dental procedures
• Setting up/breaking down lab and panoramic machine on day-to-day basis
• Cleaning instruments through ultrasonic and packaging for sterilization
• Maintaining sterilization throughout day to ensure clean instruments for dental care
• Setting up/breaking down rooms for dental team
• Assisting dental assistant to manage patient flow
• Gather patient information, complete appropriate forms, and enter data into practice management software
• Provide excellent customer service to all patients
• Serve as a liaison between the doctors, other medical professionals, and patients, as appropriate
