What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
• Strong clinical skills with attention to detail
• Confident in patient communication and education
• Positive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Team player who can also take initiative and lead when needed
• Ability to keep up in a productive, high-performance environment

Responsibilities

• Assist doctor efficiently in all procedures
• Deliver an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
• Educate patients on treatment and help build value
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Support front and back office flow when needed
