Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Pediatric Dental Office

Discovery Kids Pediatric Dentistry is a friendly, patient-focused pediatric dental practice dedicated to helping children develop healthy, confident smiles in a fun and comfortable environment. Our team provides high-quality dental care for children and works closely with families to create a positive dental experience for every patient.

We are looking for a positive, reliable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who enjoys working with children and wants to be part of a supportive, team-oriented practice.

Position Overview

The RDA will assist the doctors during pediatric dental procedures, help create a welcoming experience for children and families, and support the clinical team in delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments
• Take digital X-rays and assist with charting
• Seat patients and help children feel comfortable during their visit
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols
• Help maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Support the team with additional clinical duties as needed

Qualifications

• Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• Experience in pediatric dentistry
• Friendly, patient, and comfortable working with children
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
