Registered Dental Assistant

Fairview Dental near Allen, TX is looking for a skilled and personable Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. What You Will Do

• Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of general dentistry procedures including fillings, crowns, extractions, and more
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatory between patients
• Take and process digital X-rays accurately and efficiently
• Create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient from the moment they arrive
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Support your teammates and pitch in wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly
• Follow all OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA standards

What We Are Looking For

• Active Texas RDA license required
• Minimum 2 years of RDA experience in a general dentistry setting required
• Radiology certification preferred
• Genuine passion for patient care and making people feel comfortable
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional chairside manner
• Reliable, dependable, and a true team player
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Experience with dental practice management software preferred
