Registered Dental Assistant

Red Balloon Family Dentistry is a growing, family-focused dental practice in Temple, TX, and we’re looking for a full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our friendly, compassionate team!

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated and reliable RDA who enjoys working with patients of all ages and thrives in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during clinical procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization
• Take dental X-rays
• Coronal polishing (preferred)
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Provide excellent patient care with a friendly, professional attitude

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas
• Coronal polish certification (preferred)
• Spanish-speaking (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient-focused, dependable, and detail-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $18–$23 per hour, based on experience
• Full-time position

• Full-time schedule
