We are looking for a motivated and friendly Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with chairside procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take X-rays
• Provide patients with instructions for oral care following procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and OSHA guidelines
• Set up and break down operatories between patients
• Support a positive and efficient workflow within the dental team
• Operate advanced dental technology including 3D scanners and other medical imaging devices to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.

Skills

• Proficiency with OpenDental for managing patient records efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology
• Experience with chairside assisting across various specialties including general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
• Skilled in taking high-quality X-rays while maintaining patient safety standards.
• Familiarity with infection control protocols and aseptic techniques essential for maintaining a sterile environment.
• Ability to operate advanced dental equipment like 3D scanners and medical imaging devices confidently.
• Excellent communication skills to educate patients effectively about treatment procedures and oral health habits.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of all medical records and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
