Registered Dental Assistant

Private dental practice in Flower Mound is seeking an experienced, expanded

duties certified dental assistant. Pay is commensurate with experience. This position is not open to recent dental assisting school graduates. The right candidate will meet all of the following

requirements:

• 5yrs+ chair side experience – expanded duties a plus
• Comfortable making temporaries independently, anterior and posterior
• Effectively communicate with patients and comfort them as needed
• Able to consult patients on extensive work, restorative, and elective
• Comfortable assisting with complex and extensive cases
• Required Certifications RDA/N2O etc. – up to date
• Dentrix Experience
• Dexis Image Experience
• Digital X-rays (Dexis)
• Digital Impressions / Invisalign (iTero system)
• Sterilize equipment, instruments, and rooms
• Setup and breakdown treatment rooms
• Supply management and ordering within a budget
• Monitor the schedule, understand the balance of needs in the office
• Ability to assist the front and/or check out patients
• Team Player, Driven to Excellence

We are a very close group of professionals that maintain a very high standard,

and expect the same from new candidates. Pay is commensurate with experience

Office hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00-5:00. Typical work hours are 7:30-5:30

+/-. Limited work required on Friday for maintenance and CE opportunities and

requirements.
