We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and patient-centered Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, working collaboratively with a team, and continuing to grow their dental skills. Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials while maintaining strict aseptic techniques to uphold infection control standards.
• Take X-rays
• Manage patient records using OpenDental, including updating medical history, vital signs, and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment procedures, and post-treatment care to promote long-term dental health.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and assisting the dental receptionist with patient check-in/out processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment by adhering to infection control protocols and sterilization procedures.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license/certification required
• 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for patient care and teamwork

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
