Registered Dental Assistant

About the Role
Looking for a shorter commute? Join our team in a state-of-the-art private practice office located in the heart of downtown Snohomish. We’re seeking a Registered Dental Assistant who is passionate about patient care, education, and overall wellness.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists chairside during a variety of bread and butter dental procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories.
• Take digital radiographs.
• Support patient education and reinforce oral hygiene instructions.
• Maintain a compassionate and professional chairside manner.
• Collaborate effectively with the team.
• Adapt to existing systems and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Dental Assistant registration (RDA)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Forward-thinking and solution-oriented
• Open to continuous learning and contributing to process improvement ideas
• Comfortable with computer software and state-of-the-art technology
