Registered Dental Assistant

We have an immediate opening available for an experienced chairside dental assistant or CA licensed RDA. The position can be full-time with full benefits, or part-time with one Friday per month for our staff meeting...whichever suits you best.

We require an experienced chairside assistant with a minimum of 3 years' recent chairside experience.

Dental Assistant Qualifications and Duties

• This position assists our doctors chair side.
• Intermediate computer skills are necessary to navigate the software, utilize e-mails with attachments, enter patient notes, prepare treatment plans, understand proper file storage, and troubleshoot errors.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized dental office environment.
• Proficient in aseptic technique and infection control protocols
• Ability to take accurate vital signs and record patient information
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy guidelines
• Experience with dental software, such as Dexis and Eaglesoft
• Experience with paperless systems and Cerec restorations strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals
• Reliable, consistence attendance is required

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
