Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and highly skilled in supporting a full range of clinical procedures, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
• Perform coronal polishing (must be certified)
• Take digital impressions using iTero scanner
• Fabricate temporary crowns
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols
• Provide excellent patient care and post-operative instructions

Qualifications:

• Dental Assistant experience required
• Coronal polishing certification required
• Experience with iTero scanner preferred
• Ability to fabricate temporary crowns
• Infection Control Certification required
• BLS/CPR Certification required
• X-ray certification (per California regulations)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
