Schedule: Monday through Thursday (Full-Time or Part-Time options available)

The Role

This is a position for an experienced, sharp, and highly efficient clinical professional. You will work hand-in-hand with our doctors to deliver flawless restorative care, seamlessly managing advanced technology and patient comfort. Please note: This is a fast-paced, high-level role and is not an entry-level position.

Core Responsibilities

• Advanced Clinical Assisting: Lead chairside workflow for high-end cosmetic, veneer, periodontic, and implant procedures.
• Digital & Imaging Excellence: Confidently operate CBCT scans, iTero, and 3Shape scanners for precise diagnostics, digital impressions, and treatment tracking.
• Orthodontic & Whitening Support: Assist with Invisalign case setups and monitoring, and guide patients through advanced whitening protocols (including Zoom).
• Clinical Efficiency: Manage precise room setups, infection control protocols, and alginate impressions.
• Patient Engagement: Build immediate rapport with patients and support front-office flow with strong communication and phone skills.

Qualifications

• Experience: Robust clinical background with a deep understanding of dental health, pathology, and treatment.
• Technology: Proven proficiency with digital intraoral scanning and 3D imaging.
• Credentials: CDA or RDA preferred. Specialized experience in cosmetic dentistry, porcelain veneers, or implant therapy is highly valued.
