Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is primarily comfortable assisting in orthodontics, with some crossover into pediatric dentistry as needed.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a positive, team-oriented environment and wants to be part of building something from the ground up.

Schedule

• Part-time
• Must be available for afternoons/evenings
• Some flexibility, but reliability is key

Responsibilities

• Assist with orthodontic procedures (braces, clear aligners, adjustments, debonds)
• Assist with pediatric dental procedures as needed
• Take digital scans, photos, and radiographs
• Prepare and break down operatories
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
• Provide excellent chairside manner and patient communication
• Sterilization and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – New Jersey (required)
• X-ray license (required)
• Orthodontic experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Pediatric experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Detail-oriented and reliable
