Key Responsibilities

• Chairside Assisting: Support the dentist during various clinical procedures using efficient four-handed dentistry.
• Sterilization Protocols: Prepare, clean, and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
• Digital Charting: Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and treatment notes using Open Dental software.
• Patient Support: Provide clear, empathetic post-operative instructions and helpful oral hygiene education.
• Patient Comfort: Welcome patients warmly and help maintain a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere throughout their visit.

Required Qualifications

• Licensure: Valid and active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
• Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a general dentistry setting.
• Software: Direct proficiency and hands-on experience with Open Dental software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly valued.
