Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

RDA 4 Days Per Week: Monday-Thursday

Our Dental Office is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant who is positive, energetic, and friendly for our fun family practice in the heart of Santa Rosa.

Our family of patients are 3rd and 4th generation families and we treat each patient as our favorite.

Although this is a fully trained position, we expect the candidate to bring much to the job starting with:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in a general dentistry office
• Experience working with Cerec & Dexis digital x-rays

• Must Have current RDA License with 2 years minimum experience

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Must be experienced in taking precise and clear digital X-Rays
Datacon knowledge a plus
Efficient and Quick with 4 Handed-Dentistry
Sterilize Equipment & turn-over operatories for 1 doctor and up to 3 hygienists.

6 Ops total

Skilled in typing and using computer software.

Has outstanding verbal skills that reflects well on the practice.
Able to quickly grasp relevant concepts regarding duties and responsibilities.

Working as a dental assistant, assisting the hygiene department and organizing patient flow.
Has dependable job attendance and can be relied on to follow through with assigned tasks.
We will also train you to back-up the Front Office as needed
