Responsibilities
- Proficiency in using digital dental software for patient records
- Utilize intraoral cameras and digital scanners
- Assist with digital impressions for restorative procedures, eliminating the need for traditional impression materials.
- Coordinate with third-party dental laboratories for digital fabrication of crowns, bridges, and other prosthetic devices.
- Greet patients and prepare them for treatment
- Select and set up instruments, equipment and materials needed
- Proper handling and sterilization of instruments according to regulations
- Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
- Educate patients on all forms of dental treatment
- Undertake lab tasks as instructed
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Take dental x-rays
- Monitor patient vital signs during procedures directed by the dentist
- Assist with patient comfort measures, such as providing pillows or blankets
Skills
- Minimum 4 years experience
- Computer skills are a must, (Dentrix knowledge a plus)
- Excellent communication and friendly.
- Intraoral camera, digital impression scanning
- Temporary crown fabrication
- Attention to detail
- Well-organized and reliable
- X-ray License, CPR certification

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
