POSITION Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Part-Time (Fridays) | Growth to Full-Time

Schedule: Fridays, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (with opportunity to expand into full-time) Effective Date: 3/19/2026

Pay: $17.00 – $21.00/hour (based on experience)
Reports To: Practice Dentist Owner, Associate Dentist, Clinic Manager, & CFO/HR, as assigned

About the Role

Saline Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. This is a part-time position with a clear pathway to full-time for the right candidate.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, while maintaining a warm and professional presence with patients.

What You’ll Do

· Assist the dentist chairside during procedures to ensure efficiency and patient comfort

· Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures

· Take and record medical histories, vital signs, and treatment notes

· Expose and process dental X-rays

· Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care

· Maintain strict infection control and OSHA compliance

· Sterilize instruments and maintain equipment

· Support the team with administrative and clinical duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

· High school diploma or GED

· Graduate of an accredited dental assisting program (CODA preferred)

· RDA certification (or eligibility)

· X-ray certification

· CPR certification

· 1–2 years of dental experience

Physical Requirements

· Standing for extended periods (up to 80%)

· Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

· Frequent bending, reaching, and fine motor coordination
