Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Dental Assistant – Full-Time (Monday–Thursday)

We are a patient-centered, single-doctor dental practice seeking a motivated and dependable Dental Assistant to join our team. This position is open due to our current assistant advancing to hygiene school, and we are excited to welcome someone eager to grow in a supportive and high-standard environment.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday
• Full-day shifts with a 1-hour lunch break
• No weekends

We are a 1-doctor practice with 2 restorative columns, focused on delivering high-quality care in an efficient and collaborative setting. Our office culture is built on strong communication, teamwork, and mutual respect, ensuring both patients and team members feel supported.

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of procedures
• Prepare and break down operatories
• Maintain infection control protocols
• Take digital X-rays and assist with charting
• Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent patient care
• Support front/back office communication as needed

Qualifications:

• Dental Assistant certification (as required by state)
• Open to new graduates with externship experience
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• High school diploma
