Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Clinical Duties

• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and organizing instruments and equipment.
• Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort throughout.
• Take X-rays, impressions, and intraoral photos.
• Educate patients on post-operative and oral hygiene care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked clinical workspace.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a dental practice.
• RDA + X-ray license
• Proficient with dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix Ascend).
• Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures.

Preferred:

• CPR certification
• Familiarity with digital X-rays and intraoral scanning technology
• Experience with implant placement, endo, and oral surgery
• Experience with whitening and sealants

Job Type: Full-time
