Madison Family Dental Group is a technology-forward dental practice in Fair Oaks seeking a reliable and experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assisting for a variety of procedures including restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and pediatric dentistry
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure operatories are ready for each procedure
• Take high-quality digital radiographs and assist with imaging technology
• Follow sterilization and infection control protocols in compliance with dental standards
• Assist in maintaining an efficient schedule and smooth patient flow
• Support the clinical team with patient communication and post-treatment instructions
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• At least 2 years of dental assisting experience
• Experience with digital X-rays and modern dental equipment
• Dependable, punctual, and organized
• Strong communication skills with both patients and team members
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced dental environment

Schedule

Monday – Thursday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Enjoy a consistent four-day schedule with three-day weekends.
