Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - Cosmetic/Airway Focused Private Office

Smile 360 is a modern, patient-first general, airway & cosmetic practice in Central South Austin. We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is confident with CBCT imaging and intraoral scanning and wants to be part of a high-level, fully digital practice.

This is a fee-for-service office focused on quality care, education, and long-term patient health—not volume.

Responsibilities

Chairside assisting across general, cosmetic, and airway procedures

Capture CBCT scans and intraoral scans

Support digital workflows and treatment planning

Maintain a clean, organized operatory

Deliver a calm, high-end patient experience

Qualifications

Dental assisting experience required (RDA preferred)

Experience with CBCT and intraoral scanning

Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Experience:
