Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)/ Dental Assistant

A private-owned General Dental Practice in Apple Valley is looking for a Dental Assistant for a part time position in our well established office. We train all new employees. We are looking for an open minded assistant that is willing to learn new things. Dependable, hardworking and friendly are a must. If you meet these criteria, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience as a Dental Assistant
• Working knowledge of assisting, sterilization, digital x-rays, Dentrix
• Great stamina and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Great communication skills

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the Dentist
• Lead patients to treatment rooms, and make them feel welcomed
• Coordinate with front office to make sure patient appointments are confirmed, treatment plans are reviewed, finances are confirmed, etc.

Office Hours:

Tuesday and Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Every other Friday.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Dental assisting: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Certified Dental Assistant (Required)
• CPR Certification (Required)
• Nitrous Oxide Certification (Preferred)
• Registered Dental Assistant (Preferred)
