This is not a basic assisting job.

You are the execution engine of the operatory — keeping procedures fast, precise, and predictable.

You directly impact case acceptance, patient experience, and production per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in general, surgical, and implant procedures with speed and precision
• Execute true four-handed dentistry (anticipation, not reaction)
• Take high-quality digital radiographs and scans
• Prepare and break down operatories with zero lag time
• Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols
• Support patient flow — reduce downtime, keep schedule tight
• Communicate clearly with patients to reinforce clarity and trust
• Maintain clean, accurate, real-time documentation

Requirements

• Dental assisting experience preferred (RDA or equivalent a plus)
• Comfortable with X-rays and digital workflows
• Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, system-driven practice
• Clear, confident communication with patients and team
