Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our founding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality preventive care, educating patients on oral health, and helping create an outstanding patient experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive treatments
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including charting and documentation
• Take and interpret digital X-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and preventive care
• Assist in co-diagnosis and collaborate with the dentist on patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using dental software systems
• Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture

Requirements

• Active Florida Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Strong communication skills and excellent chairside manner
• Experience with digital X-rays and modern dental software
• A team-oriented mindset with a patient-first approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a new or growing practice environment
• Familiarity with patient education tools and case acceptance strategies
• Local anesthesia certification (if applicable)
