Registered Dietician

Capistrano Beach Care Center, a 93 bed skilled nursing facility, is looking for a part-time Registered Dietician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting as a Registered Dietician and have great customer service skills. The RD will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Reviewing all current and new admissions to evaluate nutritional needs.
• Visiting residents at bedside and completing Resident Nutritional assessments timely
• Care planining
• Evaluating weekly and monthly weights
• Participating in and providing recommendations to weight variance committee.
• Perform routine kitchen sanitation rounds/inspections.
• Provide in-service education to dietary personnel as needed.
