Registered Dietitian

We are seeking a licensed Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide individualized nutrition assessment, counseling, and education to support patients/clients in achieving their health goals. This role involves developing personalized nutrition care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and promoting evidence-based dietary practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and evaluate patients’ dietary needs
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
• Provide one-on-one and/or group nutrition counseling sessions
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic diets and healthy lifestyle choices
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
