What You’ll Do

Lead our Nutrition Program with confidence
Create personalized meal plans that honor resident needs & preferences
Complete assessments, track progress, and make sure every resident receives the right diet at the right time
Collaborate with Nursing, Activities, Social Services & more — teamwork is our thing!
Support surveys, QA programs, and menu planning (your clinical brain + creativity = perfect match!)
Keep our food service areas safe, clean, and survey-ready
Build relationships with residents and families — they’ll LOVE you

What You Bring

Florida Dietitian License (unencumbered)
Bachelor’s in Dietetics + 1 year clinical experience (preferably long-term care)
Strong assessment & care-planning skills
A passion for nutrition, quality care, and making a real impact
Leadership ability + a friendly, collaborative spirit
