Registered Engineer (Civil)

Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient (DMT Registered) Civil Engineer to take on a hands-on role within our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving capabilities and the interpersonal skills necessary to collaborate effectively across a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Manage site inspections, project budgets, and progress reporting.
• Ensure full compliance with quality policies and technical specifications.
• Consult with clients to provide expert guidance and recommendations.
• Delegate team responsibilities and offer technical mentorship.
• Provide technical expertise and methodological advice to stakeholders.
• Audit project deliverables and recommend design or budget revisions.
• Uphold rigorous health and safety standards across all work sites.
• Maintain accurate project files, as-built drawings, and quality records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably within the UAE.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations in the UAE.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• English Proficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• A respectful, and responsible professional with a positive attitude who can effectively communicate and adhere to company policies.
