Support patient care: vitals, rooming, assisting with procedures
Perform basic lab tasks and specimen collection
Help manage patient flow, scheduling, and communication
Maintain clean, organized clinical and lab spaces

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Certificate or Diploma in Medical Assisting or Associate Degree in Medical Assisting

Experience:

No experience required; previous experience in a clinical or laboratory setting is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent clinical competency and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records and clinical software systems
Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain diverse technical problems in easy-to-understand language.
Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills.

Certifications/Registrations:

One of the following: Certificate in Medical Assisting, Diploma in Medical Assisting, Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Medical Assisting (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or NCMA)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
PBT (ASCP) certification preferred; CPR certification
