Registered Medical Assistant

We’re seeking a Full-Time Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA/CMA) to join our busy, patient-centered healthcare team. If you’re compassionate, organized, and love helping others, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and prepare patients for exams
• Record medical history and vital signs (weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature)
• Perform clinical procedures under the supervision of a physician or PA
• Assist providers and nurses during exams and minor procedures
• Perform phlebotomy and give injections as ordered
• Provide patient instructions as directed by providers
• Ensure lab results and records are complete before appointments
• Maintain clean, well-stocked exam rooms and sterilize instruments as needed
• Answer and relay phone messages between patients, staff, and providers
• Support smooth communication between the front office and clinical teams

Qualifications:

• Active Medical Assistant Certification or Registration (Required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
• Prior clinical or outpatient office experience preferred
• Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
