Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse / Assistant Nurse to join our medical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients while ensuring compliance with UAE health regulations and international standards. You must be DHA licensed or eligible for licensing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing protocols and best practices
  • Monitor, assess, and record patients’ conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, post-treatment care, and wellness strategies
  • Ensure infection control practices are strictly followed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training sessions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
  • Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain one in Dubai
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (post-licensure preferred)
  • BLS/ACLS certifications (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
