Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Flagship team. This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about medical aesthetics and wellness and enjoys working in a professional, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with aesthetic and wellness treatments, including:
• IV infusions and intramuscular injections
• Microneedling treatments
• GLP-1 patient visits and follow-up care
• Collaborate with our providers and patient care team to ensure exceptional outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all safety standards
• Provide a warm, elevated, and detail-oriented experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Connecticut
• Prior experience in infusion therapy, dermatology, aesthetics, or wellness preferred
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Flexible, professional, and eager to grow in a luxury medical spa setting

Schedule

• Part-time, with potential for additional hours as demand grows
• Flexible scheduling, typically 1–3 days per week

Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus opportunities for growth within our expanding brand.

Job Types: Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
