Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (Pediatric Case)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide long-term care for a pediatric patient requiring skilled nursing services. The RN will deliver high-quality, continuous nursing care in the comfort of the patient’s home, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct skilled nursing care to a pediatric patient according to the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess the patient’s condition and vital signs regularly.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the physician.
• Manage medical equipment such as feeding tubes, tracheostomies, or ventilators (if applicable).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patient’s family, and supervising clinician.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment that encourages growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [Insert State].
• Previous pediatric or long-term care experience preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan accurately.

Schedule:

• 18 hours per day, 7 days per week (Full-time schedule; flexible shifts may be available).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
