Job Overview

We are looking for qualified, experienced and compassionate Nurses to join our growing team at HealOn, providing personalized home healthcare services to patients in and around Bangalore.

Selected candidates will undergo a structured training and orientation program conducted by HealOn before beginning home visits.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide General Post-Operative Care to patients at home.

· Perform Tube Feeding, Catheterisation, and Catheter Care procedures safely and hygienically.

· Deliver Pre and Post-Natal Care for mothers and newborns.

· Manage Wound Dressing and Wound Care as per clinical protocols.

· Support General Physiotherapy sessions as advised by physiotherapists.

· Coordinate Medicines Delivery, Diagnostics Sample Pick-up/Drop, and Medical Escort services.

· Maintain accurate patient records and daily reports through the HealOn app.

· Ensure strict compliance with infection control, patient safety, and confidentiality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• · International Nursing Experience is compulsory
• Education: GNM / B.Sc Nursing (Registered with State Nursing Council).
• · Experience: 2–6 years

Skills:

· Proficient in basic nursing procedures.

· Good communication and patient-handling skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

· Basic smartphone proficiency (for app-based record keeping).

Training & Onboarding

All selected nurses will undergo a HealOn Training Program covering:
