Glenwood Springs Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. Full-time staff have access to free, newly remodeled housing just steps from the facility on the days they work. Located in the heart of the Rockies, our team enjoys a supportive work environment and easy access to hot springs, skiing, and year-round outdoor activities.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete assessments, create and update care plans, and monitor resident progress.
• Administer medications and treatments, watching closely for any adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the care team and supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
• Support residents and families through education, communication, and compassion

What You’ll Need:

• Valid RN license in good standing (Colorado is a compact state)
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Previous experience in long-term care is a plus, but not required
