Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, vital signs, and physical examinations.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans based on patient needs.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress, document observations, and report changes in patient condition.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and hospital policies.
  • Participate in training, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  • Valid DHA Registered nursing license or eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse.
  • IV administration and cannulation skills are mandatory.
  • Proven experience in clinical or hospital settings is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
  • Candidates may apply while on their own visa or a family-sponsored visa. Alternatively, the company can provide an employment visa upon request, with associated visa costs to be borne by the candidate.
