Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, vital signs, and physical examinations.
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans based on patient needs.
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient progress, document observations, and report changes in patient condition.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care.
Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and hospital policies.
Participate in training, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
Valid DHA Registered nursing license or eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse.
IV administration and cannulation skills are mandatory.
Proven experience in clinical or hospital settings is preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
