Documentation

• Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment, and discharge planning
• Update client charts with doctor's orders
• Monitor for and chart adverse reactions to meds
• Review residential medication logs for errors
• Measure vital signs and record results
• Complete maintenance and incident reports
• Complete Care Coordination documentation

Supervision and Development

• Supervise LVNs, BHTs, and MAs
• Provide medication training
• Audit charts and provide corrective supervision when needed
• Conduct performance reviews
• Observe and chart clients’ self-administration of meds

Operations

• Assist Nurse Practitioner
• Maintain monthly schedule for Medication Nurses and Medication Coordinators
• Maintain a minimum of 65% DMC billing productivity per month

Qualifications

• RN
• Spanish
• Experience with SUD / MAT
• Experience supervising other nurses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,665.87 - $109,576.10 per year
