Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Residential Nurse to join our healthcare team and provide round-the-clock care to residents in our rehabilitation facility. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medication, and supporting the medical and counselling staff in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor their effects.
• Provide basic medical care and attend to health needs of residents.
• Assist doctors and psychologists in treatment procedures and therapy sessions.
• Monitor vital signs, maintain health records, and report changes in patient conditions.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid.
• Educate residents about hygiene, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Support overall rehabilitation goals by working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient records.

Qualifications & Skills

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification (registration with Nursing Council preferred).
• Experience in rehabilitation centres, hospitals, or mental health facilities is desirable.
• Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Strong communication, observation, and patient-care skills.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centred approach.
• Willingness to stay within the residential facility.
