Rated Good by the CQC and supported by a long-standing, dedicated team, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking to make a real impact.

You'll be supported by an experienced Home Manager and work within a company that's ranked in the Top 20 Care Home Groups and named in the UK for Work Wellbeing by Indeed's Better Work Awards 2023.

What You'll Do:

Deliver high-quality clinical care and medication management

Lead shifts and inspire your team to uphold exceptional standards

Create detailed care plans tailored to individual needs

Provide emotional support and comfort to residents

Ensure compliance with NMC standards and safeguarding protocols
