Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Multan. Responsibilities include providing high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced emergency room environment. The nurse will closely monitor patients, administer medications, assist in medical procedures, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards, and delivering compassionate care to children and their families.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in pediatric nursing, emergency care, and understanding of child healthcare protocols and treatment procedures
• Proficiency in accurately documenting patient records, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills to provide compassionate care and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
• Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in pediatric care is preferred; certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are a plus
• Must hold a valid nursing license and diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
