About the Patient

We are seeking a confident and compassionate RN to care for a pediatric client requiring:

• Tracheostomy care
• Suctioning & respiratory monitoring
• G-tube feedings and maintenance
• Ongoing observation and skilled nursing support

Your care helps this child stay safe, stable, and thriving at home not in the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care tailored to a medically complex child
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Safely manage trach and G-tube routines
• Provide education and support to the family as appropriate
• Work independently while collaborating with the supervisor RN

Requirements

• Active Georgia RN license (unrestricted)
• Pediatric trach and G-tube experience required
• Current BLS, TB test, background check, and valid ID
• Must be reliable, patient-centered, and professional
